About

Experience

I've been creating art since childhood and earned my BFA in Graphics/Multimedia in 2003.

After nearly 20 years working in front of a computer as a graphic designer and front-end web developer, I found myself missing the hands-on grittiness of working in an artist's studio. In 2018, I started taking stained glass classes from several local artists and discovered it to be the perfect combination of art and design for an artistic problem-solver like myself.

Today, my workday is still spent in front of a screen, but my free time is utilized handcrafting custom stained glass art with purpose. It feeds my heart, challenges my mind, and tickles my sole!

Style

My artistic style is heavily influenced by my optimistic outlook, light-hearted goofy sense of humor, and my love of animals and nature. I strive to capture the essence of my subjects and bring them to life in glass and light.
